Rubik cube

5/20 for my photo-a-day in November challenge

Rubik cubes never quite went away and we've just bought a new one because my husband wanted to learn how to solve one in order to write a computer program that will guide you through the process.

This photo is also for the weekly challenge in the Habitica photographers' guild. The subject was "orange". It's surprisingly hard to find truly orange things. It's not a very popular colour and the little "easy peeler" citrus fruits we currently have in the fruit bowl are rather small and un-photogenic. Then I realised that Rubik cubes have an orange face and I knew I just had to catch it at the moment when it was done and before it got twiddled into a random configuration again.
