Xmas cards

20/30 for my photo-a-day in November challenge

Today was not a good day for photography because I had a dentist's appointment in the morning and lots of mundane tasks to do at home. One of which was to count how many Christmas cards I had left over from last year and therefore work out how many I need to buy.

Xmas cards

The answer to that question is 12, but I'll have to buy them from a different shop this year because the newsagents where I always go for cards, pens, notebooks, diaries etc has closed due to the death of the owner. She was only a few years older than me and died in hospital a week or so after falling downstairs at home. She will be missed as she took over the shop from her mother and the shop is something of an institution in the town, having originally been a W H Smiths but was known as Wilkins since long before we moved here in 1978.

Aargh! Aargh! Aargh! It's still displaying as a link and not as a photo. Why?
