Starting to get going again

I tend to go into a total slump over Christmas, but I'm now trying to gently start doing useful tasks again.

So, useful things done today: tested the best way of recording the voice over for my YouTube videos; took down the Christmas decorations and put them away in the garage; made some really tasty soup with the last of the leftover veggies in the fridge.

Soup made from random veg can be a bit hit and miss, but this turned out so well I wrote down what I did so I can make it deliberately in future. G didn't even realise it contained a parsnip! He doesn't normally like parsnips.

I also took my daily photo. It's Twelfth Night and time to take down the decorations and pack them away in their boxes until next Christmas.
