It's likely to be lack of exercise because though I'm doing everything I used to do, it's all moved online. The Monday morning Welsh class moved onto Skype. Though we had the last class yesterday and we have now "broken up" for the summer hols. I'm running a virtual version of our Wednesday morning Welsh chat which is normally held in a local cafe. I organise the local Quaker meeting via Zoom on Sunday mornings and I phone my elderly friend each Friday to do the crossword. If the weather is fine I can now go up and see her in person, but last week was too wet. So I am keeping in touch with just about all of the people I normally see, but I'm getting less exercise because I'm not walking to the college or into town and instead I just switch on the computer. I have to make myself go out for a walk rather than being forced to walk because I need something. I used to walk to the Co-op two or three times a week, but now I'm just driving there and doing a big weekly shop.
Anyway, enough of moaning and self-pity. Here's a lovely sign I saw the other day on my way into town.
