Noting things in diary

Note to self:

When an email containing the date and details of a meeting arrives and I transfer the information to my diary, I must remember to transfer all relevant information. That is, if the message says, "Because the meeting will continue into the lunch period, sandwiches will be provided," I must put a note to this effect in my diary so that I will see it and therefore not order a tuna and salad bap from the canteen.

*Sigh* I can always eat it for my tea with a bowl of soup.
