Time of day I ran: Midday
How I felt: This time I only had to walk once on the way out and twice on the way back. Progress!
Weather during the run: Fine and warm, but overcast.
OK, so the first run wasn't a one-off. I managed step 2 of the programme which was to rest for a day and then do another 10 minute run. Or I think I've rested for 2 days, due to work pattern, but I'm sticking to it as closely as I can.
Tomorrow I rest and then Friday I need to run after work as that's the only time to fit it in. I have to set out too early in the morning to be able to run before work on Fridays, unfortunately.
