Exercise log

Time I ran for: 10 minutes
Time of day I ran: 7:00 pm
How I felt: Fine, also feel more cheerful after the run than before when I felt a bit blah.
Weather during the run: Coolish for the time of year and trying to rain.

Lovely wet, slightly musty vegetation smells as I ran. I'll do another 3 or 4 ten minute runs then increase the time/distance in accordance with my programme (Couch potato to distance runner).
