Ready for Christmas now
The tiny artificial tree is up, the garland of crochet Christmas trees is on the wall and the cards have been arranged on the corner table.
I bought a joint of pork last Friday in the Eurospar which is now in the freezer. Depending on what they have in the Co-op on Tuesday, that will either be Christmas or New Year's Day dinner. We don't have a turkey because G doesn't like turkey and anyway since the children left home, we can't get through a whole one.
All I need to do now is the usual weekly shop and we're as ready as we ever are.
