As Welsh wasn't an option, I suppose that Irish was the nearest. I'm amused about the tie with Polish and Italian though. A Polish-Italian Irishwoman sounds like some sort of New York cliché. *g*
I'm surprised British was so low down. I was born and raised in the North of England; I've lived in Wales for just about all my adult life and I'm very fond of Scotland, so I identify as British rather than Welsh or English.
Perhaps it's because I don't take sugar in my tea, though I do sometimes drink it with milk, depending on the type of tea.
