A really long walk

pennski said something in a comment to my post about the Eowyn Challenge that reminded me that one day I want to do a real long walk through Wales, actually travelling from A to B rather than just doing a few miles here and there in random locations.

There's no way I could take a month or more off to do it, but with a bit of planning, I ought to be able to do it in sections, picking up where I left off the last time, possibly doing a few overnight stays. I've always been intrigued by the idea of a pilgrimage and so the obvious place to do first would be Bardsey Island. Alternatively, I could do the Offa's Dyke path.

I will have to see what I can do once I finally reach Rivendell.
