Writing progress

None today because I had my Welsh class in the morning and then I had to sign on with the Job Centre this afternoon. By the time I'd done that and popped into the Co-op, my writing brain was sulking and not in a creative mood. I think it wanted a rest after yesterday when it worked hard on the short story I am writing for the creative writing assignment. I only actually wrote 360 words yesterday and I suspect most of those words will be cut because after a strong opening, I'm floundering, but the ideas gelled nicely. All I need to do now is get them out onto the page.

Tomorrow, writing brain, you settle down to some hard work!

However, I have done useful things today, namely paying the overdue garage bill and producing the sentence cards for the Welsh so I can practice the current story before next lesson.
