State of the deadlines -- the end is in sight!

I have now finished critting all the little stories. I had hoped to have them finished a couple of days ago, but they are done now. I would have finished yesterday, but we went out looking for Aztec ruins in the Amazon rain forest the remains of a slate mine and surface buildings in a Welsh forest, so by the time we got back, I was tired.

The slate mine was one previously unknown to G -- which amazes me, because I thought he'd found all the mines there were to find. It's just outside Betws-y-Coed and if he hadn't had a really good book with detailed surveys done a mere 12-15 years ago, we'd never have found it because, as you can see from the photos, it really has been lost in the jungle.

All I have to do now is complete the final creative writing assignment by Wednesday so it can be posted on Thursday.

I may be able to finish one or two of the BA Education assignments too, which just leaves the numeracy research to complete over the summer and submit in September.
