A better photo of Catlet

I have spent some hours now plodding through the old 35mm slides and I think I now have the scanner working as well as it's capable of working. It does a decent scan if the slide is nicely exposed, but it doesn't like dark ones.

Anyway, I did turn up a much better photo of Catlet our classic type Siamese. In this photo she would have been about 3 years old. (And yes, she does have a slight squint!)

Our Siamese cat

And here she is doing what cats do best, namely snuggling on a lap. That is me, somewhat younger than I am now, with our daughter A, who now has a daughter of her own. It's scary to think that my granddaughter is now the age my daughter was in that picture!
