When you're trying for maximum word count, don't you just hate it when your spellchecker tells you that what you thought was two words is, in fact, one word! :) I had typed "carpet bag", but it's actually "carpetbag".
Otherwise my protag still hasn't got a clue what is going on. I'm not actually all that much better informed. At least now she is properly clad in stolen clothes and no longer running about the city in a bloodstained nightshirt and dressing gown!
