Having initially been reluctant to do it, I think having the left had tree cut down has improved the view considerably.
I did go out this morning. The car had a very soft rear tyre, so I drove it very gently the couple of hundred yards to the garage then walked into town to by a pack of blank CDs and a flowerpot.
The rest of the day was spent zooming through the first section of the online tutor moderator course. I've been teaching online for 9 years, but the course I tutor is moving from one kind of conferencing system (FirstClass) to another kind (Moodle) and I thought the three week course would help me to get to grips with the new way of working.
I also spent a bit of time not really writing an essay. Oh, and I did poke at a story this morning. It's all "telling" at the moment, but I'm just trying to get a complete draft; then I'll improve it.
