Photo-a-day 140/365 Buttercups

I do rather like our garden in a wild state. Buttercups are so cheerful. Unfortunately, if I don't mow it, the whole thing would end up as jungle of waist high grass plus impenetrable bramble thickets. :(

In other news, I am making good progress with the penultimate assignment (a 3000 word report based on the presentation I gave last week). If I can finish it by lunchtime tomorrow, I can do the final assignment tomorrow and Saturday.

On Sunday there is another geology field trip and then next week I'm aiming for minimal computer use and more physical activity, which I hope will include visits to see my friend with the donkeys and a long overdue trip up to see my Dad.
