Sword defenestration

G spotted this typo on the BBC Welsh News page.

Sword defenestration

If you read the article, it seems that the trapped visitors were actually treated to a sword-fighting demonstration, but I am left wondering what a "sword defenestration" might be.

Is it where swords are thrown out of the window? Or is it when you "persuade" someone to leap out of a window at sword point? :)

ETA: The original article has now been corrected so I'm glad I grabbed the screenshot while it was still there. :)
