Bowing to inevitability

According to my Time Map (see Julie Morgenstern's book Time Management from the Inside Out for full details) Saturdays are supposed to be spent doing a variety of Useful Activities. But what I actually do is slump, doing not a lot and feeling guilty about all the stuff I should be doing. I then try to crowd three days of To Dos into Sunday and Monday and end up stressed.

So I've finally given in. Saturday is now official crash time. I will no longer schedule any To Dos for Saturday, other than the routine daily tasks like loading and unloading the dishwasher and cooking something to eat. I will also need to make sure I do my 1 hour of exercise and 1 hour of writing. Otherwise I can do what I like, and that includes nothing at all. And I will not feel guilty about it. So there!
