Last Wednesday, I didn't get to my Welsh class in Corwen because of the snow. Today, though there was still a lot of frost, the main roads were clear, so the class was on as normal.
Well, sort of normal. There was no heating on in the building, so we did the lesson in coats and hats huddled around the small heater that someone fetched from the post office. (The chap who runs the post office is also in charge of the Pavilion where we have our Welsh class.)
Then the young mums came to watch us put on Act 1 of our latest play. It's still a work in progress, but we all just about know our parts. The brought the babies with them, so there were cute babies crawling around and we had mince pies and scones instead of the usual biscuits. Great fun, despite the lack of heating. :)
