Umbelliferous flower in B&W

28/52 for the group 52 in Twenty Eleven

This week's theme: black and white

I have no opportunity to do the sort of gritty urban shot that looks so good in black and white, neither do I have any people to take portraits of, so I trotted out with the camera yesterday looking for possible subjects. Out of the two pictures I took with an eye to conversion, I decided I liked this one best.

Thanks. I'm still never quite sure what will work in B&W and what won't.

It's excellent. White flowers need no green.
