17/52 for the group T189ers weekly alphabet challenge

This week's theme: I is for Indian

Not terribly inspired, I'm afraid. After deciding that our local Indian restuarant wouldn't look good in the rain, I wandered around the house in search of inspiration. And then I came across my carved Indian bookends. I've never been to India, but a local gift shop sells some items made there. I then remembered that I had a book written by an American woman about her experiences learning Hindi, so here is my Indian themed shot!

Very inventive!
(But I want to know about the book behind the book...)

The book behind Dreaming in Hindi is called A Guide to the Buddhist Path and it's by Sangharakshita who founded the Western Buddhist Order (which I believe is now called something else).
