A moment of enchantment -- Day 6

Yes, I know I've only posted two in this series, but I'm not promising to post something every single day, just as many as I can through the month of September.

Today, I have a haiku to offer.

End of summer

Warm sun on my face
a breath of grass-scented air
two bees foraging

And this morning, I tried out the new tea cosy I crocheted to go with the pretty china that used to belong to my mother-in-law.

Afternoon tea

I realise that not many people use tea cosies these days, but I do and it gave me the opportunity to try out a new crochet stitch.
