General fitness is much better than it was this time last year and I don't want to let that slip. I therefore aim to do 3 x 1 hour walk every week (weather and illness permitting).
Specific physical challenges
Walking: Climb Cadair, if possible do it from Tal-y-llyn side and then down Pony Path.
Walk every named walk in the area (Panorama, Precipice, New Precipice, Torrent)
Cycling: Cycle to Coed y Brenin and have snack in cafe before cycling back.
Cycle to Barmouth and have ice cream on the beach before cycling back.
Hooping: Do 2 videos outdoors, showing improvement.
Complete the Open University course U214 Worlds of English. This will finish off the degree.
Complete the online TEFL course about teaching English online.
Welsh: Read 4 novels
Set some sort of Welsh conversational challenge. (Yet to be decided)
Photography: Stop for a moment and look -- a photo a day in April, Jun, Sep & Nov
2 Photo-a-week groups
Handicrafts: Make 2 knitted sweaters for me.
Writing: Complete the first year of the Forward Motion novel writing course.
