	Freecyle, recycle
	Aaaaand another 5 boxes of paper have gone to the recycling. I've also put a couple of items from the garage (old climbing rope and hosepipe) on Freecycle. I think the urge to declutter is catching. Now to sort through all the files and folders Mr C has thrown out of his study to see if any of those are good enough to Freecycle. Current Mood: busy

I wish the urge to declutter were catching! I could do with catching it...

I really, really need to tackle the book mountain - either I need to send several bags of books to charity shops or I need to acquire another bookcase.

I did tackle the Book Mountain a few years ago. It helps that I have switched almost entirely to ebooks for fiction. After taking a lot of books to the charity shop, I can now get all the books onto the bookcase. For physical books this means I now have to enforce a "one in, one out" policy so that the floor heaps don't reappear.
