I haven't seen the sun for so long I've forgotten what it looks like
Over on Habitica I have put myself into "survival mode" which basically means I must keep reminding myself that as long as I do the basic essentials in the home and keep on top of the part-time job, everything else is on an "only if you have the energy" basis. I'm sure it's partly down to the weather. Though it's very warm for the time of year, we don't seem to have seen even a glimpse of the sun for weeks and it just keeps raining.... and raining.... and raining.

I'm hoping to go to Cardiff to visit our daughter and see our son and family at the weekend, but more storms and flood are forecast for Friday, so it may not happen. We will just have to see...

The Sun is still there -- it peeked through for a couple of hours yesterday morning, here. But I hope you get some soon!

There's no sign of sun in the forecasts yet and the wind is getting up again. I'll just keep my fingers crossed for travelling tomorrow.

I'm sure I'm solar powered too, which makes this time of year especially hard. :(

I wish we could trade you some sunshine for some rain. :)

I'm also debating on whether to venture to Cardiff to see my son and grandchildren this weekend. I'm really dithering about it.
