One of those meme things - Helen's journal and online home

Name - Helen
Animal - New kitten (2 x 16-week old kittens in residence right now for less than a month)
Girls name - Nikki (one of my favourite nieces -- both she and my equal favourite have bundles of common sense)
Colour- Ivory -- doesn't clash with anything.
Movie – Difficult; I don't enjoy movies; not a visual person. Yellow submarine? Since the Young Ones is a TV series.
Something you wear – elastic-edged knickers.
Drink - Sherry. Sweet. On ice. Yes, sacrilege.
Food - Yoghurt. Unsweetened. I make it once a week and have it for breakfast every day.
Item in the bathroom - Towel.
Place - London, where I lived for 18 years.
Reason to be late - None, except for unexpected health issues.

I'm not a big movie fan either, but the Lion King is so well known even I've heard of it.

wow you are clever

what's a gilet, please?

A gilet is a sleeveless jerkin-type garment. Also known as a "bodywarmer" in the UK. I don't know what you call them on your side of the Pond.
