Gamifying your to-do list

43/52 for the group 2016 Weekly Alphabet Challenge

Last week's theme was: Q is for Quandary

One way out of a quandary is to throw a die!

One of the techniques I learned on Habitica (the site that lets you turn your life into an RPG!) is using randomness as a way of motivating yourself to do boring but necessary tasks. Faced with a list of things that need doing, it can be difficult to decide where to start, but usually, once you get started, the job isn't as bad as you thought it would be. Using a die or a Random Number generator (if you have more than 6 things to do) can help you decide what to tackle next.
